Any palette published to the Explore section becomes publicly accessible to all users of PalettIQ. This means anyone using the platform can view, copy, or get inspired by these palettes.

3. No Identity Linking

Since PalettIQ does not use an account system, published palettes are not linked to any personal identity or user profile.

4. Content Usage

Public palettes may be used for inspiration, learning, and design purposes. However, users should respect original creations and avoid misusing shared content in harmful or misleading ways.

PalettIQ, including its design, features, UI, branding, and underlying systems, is owned and operated by the PalettIQ team. All rights to the platform itself are reserved.
